Reports in Your Merchant Admin

You can access Splitit reports either in your merchant portal or by API. If you access them in the merchant portal, you can both download report data and set up subscriptions to receive recurring data.

Quick Start

Choose a report type
Begin by selecting a report type in the dropdown menu. Available types are:
Reconciliation Report: Reconciles between Splitit internal records and gateway transactions
New Plans Report: Shows new installment plans generated during a selected time frame
Debit Report: Details all debit operations related to merchant funding
Outstanding Amount Report: Details outstanding shopper payments owed to you
Funding Report: Details all credit operations related to merchant funding
Specify the dates for which you'd like data
You can select dates either using a time frame or a calendar.
Time frame
Select a time frame, whether Day, Month, Quarter, Week or Year, and specify whether you'd like to see the Previous period or the Current one.
Calendar
Choose dates using either the two calendars or arrows in the picker at the top.
After selecting your dates, click Save.
Select a time zone
Choose your time zone in the dropdown.
Select your desired columns
Under Columns, you can choose to display All, choose Default (a selection of the columns most people find useful), or choose Custom, which is set by See Columns List.

In the Select Columns UI popup that appears by clicking on See Columns List, you can :

add all columns
reset the process
Once you've set the columns you'd like, you can adjust their order (the double arrows let you move an item to the top and bottom of the list, respectively) :
When you finished, make sure to click Save.
Update Preview
If there is data corresponding to the selections you made, you will be able see it after clicking Update Preview (you should also select this after making any changes). Otherwise you will see No records found for the entered values.
Download your data
You can download the data you have called in by clicking Export. You will be shown format choices of CSV and JSON. Select one then click Download.
Subscribe to your data
Now that you have downloaded your data, you may wish to have it sent to you on a regular basis. See Creating Subscriptions for this.

Creating Subscriptions

After previewing your desired report data according to the instructions in the Quick Start above, you can choose to receive that data on a regular basis.

    Create a new subscription with the Create New Subscription button at the bottom of your previewed data. (You can also create a new subscription by going to the tab Subscription List -> +New Subscription. )

    Give your subscription a memorable name and make sure the Enabled subscription box is checked.

    Choose your desired output format and destination.

    Schedule the frequency of your report as well as the sending day and time
You can choose to have reports sent daily or monthly. For daily reports, you can specify the time and day of the week you'd like them sent, or you can specify that they be sent every day at a specific time. For monthly reports, you can specify the day of the month and the time.

    Click Subscribe to your report at the bottom-right corner of the window.

Subscription List

You can access a list of your current subscriptions under the Subscription List tab. You can also check a subscription's status, edit it, or delete it.

Run History

Under Run History, view a list of the various data you have requested.
